SubQuery Network App Introduces New Notification Centre Feature

SubQuery Network App Introduces New Notification Centre Feature

We know the thousands of Node Operators and Delegators on the SubQuery Network have busy lives, often juggling other networks and day jobs. That's why we're committed to minimising the active effort required for them to participate in the SubQuery Network.

To make things easier, we've introduced a new notification center that lets everyone quickly see what they need to do to maximise rewards. This new feature will enhance the user experience for our network participants, helping them save time and stay on top of what matters most.

The notification centre is next to your account in the top right corner of your app view. It shows a list of all the key notifications that you should consider. Some notifications are just informational, for example when you have unclaimed rewards or to let you know that a Node Operator is changing their commission rate.

Other notifications are more important, particularly for Node Operators when you have over-allocated your stake or your network's indexed project isn’t reachable. These are shown in the notification centre and as a modal to grab your attention so you can resolve the issue.

We’re just starting here, and we plan to add a number of notifications that make sense and help our users. To start we are launching with notifications for:

  • Unallocated stake [Node Operators]
  • Over-allocated stake [Node Operators]
  • Unclaimed rewards [Delegators]
  • Unlock withdrawal available [Delegators]
  • And more soon!

We think this feature will go a long way to helping our participants maximise their rewards from the SubQuery Network, and save them time while doing so. Most importantly, it will enable the next wave of Node Operators and Delegators to join and engage with the network efficiently and rewardingly. - join them now!
